By purchasing or downloading any product from rystal.shop, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all digital products sold on this website.

What you can do

• Use any product from rystal.shop in personal or commercial projects
• Embed it into a larger work; videos, designs, animations, websites
• Use it in client work (the end client can't receive the raw files)

What you cannot do

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage any asset from rystal.shop, original or modified
• Include any asset in packs, bundles, or marketplaces where it can be extracted
• Upload or share any asset publicly; file-sharing sites, GitHub, Discord, etc.
• Transfer or sublicense any asset to anyone else
• Share your copy. One licence per purchaser.

No warranties

All products on rystal.shop are provided as-is. Rystal makes no guarantees that any product will work perfectly for every use case or software version. Use them at your own discretion.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rystal is not liable for any damages arising from your use of any product purchased from rystal.shop. If something doesn't work for you, stop using it. That's your available remedy under this licence.

Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
