This page explains how rystal.shop licenses work before you buy. By purchasing or downloading a rystal.shop product, you are buying a license to use the product files. You are not buying ownership of the product files themselves.

Your receipt shows the exact product and license tier you bought. If a product download includes more specific license terms, those terms apply to that product.

Creator License - 1 editor

For one editor / creator.

You can use the product for personal work, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, commercial use, portfolio work, freelance work, client work, and unlimited finished video projects.

You can install the product on your own machines, as long as you are the only editor using it.

Team License - up to 5 editors

For up to 5 editors in one team, business, or company.

The buyer can share the product files with those licensed team members only. The files cannot be shared outside that team.

If your team grows past 5 editors, you need an Enterprise / Studio license.

Enterprise License

Email licenses@rystaledits.com before using a rystal.shop product for:

- more than 5 editors

- agency-wide or studio-wide use

- shared asset libraries

- white-label work

- resale/template products

- paid courses or downloads that include editable product files

- custom support, invoicing, or custom license terms

Normal client video work is allowed under the Creator License or Team License. Enterprise / Studio licensing is for larger distribution, larger teams, and special use cases.

What You Can Do

You can:

- use the product in unlimited finished video projects

- use it for commercial, monetized, client, freelance, and portfolio work

- send final rendered videos to clients

- keep using finished projects you already created under a valid license

- download future updates included with your purchase, if updates are provided

What You Cannot Do

You cannot:

- share, resell, gift, leak, upload, or redistribute the product files

- include the product files in a template pack, preset pack, course download, membership download, asset library, or client handoff

- sell a rystal.shop product as your own product

- use one Creator License across a team

- remove branding, copyright text, license text, attribution, or product identifiers from the files

- transfer your license to another person, team, or business without written permission

You can send final rendered videos to clients. Do not send clients the editable product source files unless your license specifically allows that.

Updates And Future Versions

If your purchase includes updates, your license tier follows product updates downloaded through the same purchase, unless a future package clearly includes replacement license terms.

Example: if you bought a Team License, future updates delivered through that same purchase stay Team License updates unless the newer package says otherwise.

Third-Party Assets

Some products include bundled fonts, graphics, emoji, or other third-party assets so the product works correctly after install. Those files keep their own licenses when included in a product download.

Do not sell bundled fonts, graphics, emoji, or third-party assets by themselves.

Support, Warranty, And Liability

Products are provided as digital downloads. Support is provided when reasonable, but no product can be guaranteed to work forever with every future app, operating system, or third-party update.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, rystal.shop is not responsible for lost revenue, lost projects, lost files, business interruption, or indirect damages from using or being unable to use a product.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
